On Tuesday 13th October, we took two U9 girls’ football teams to compete in the U9’s District Football Tournament. Both teams played very well throughout the competition but unfortunately, the A team narrowly missed out on qualifying for the latter stages.
However, our B team managed to make all the way to the final. Unfortunately they were narrowly beaten, but the girls should feel extremely proud of their achievement in finishing as runners-up.
