On Friday, we were delighted to welcome our Junior School Choir and Orchestra as they performed for family and friends at our annual Spring concert, Music in the Natural World. The children have been rehearsing for many weeks and have worked extremely hard preparing for this special event.
The evening opened with the orchestra performing Memory from Cats, followed by a lively and impressive rendition of The Pink Panther. The choir then joined the orchestra for a beautiful performance of What a Wonderful World—a first for our school, and a great success.
We were also treated to a series of outstanding solo performances: Aaliyah on the viola, Ore and Jasmine on the cello, and a vocal solo by Katerina. Each performance showcased the pupils’ talent and confidence.
The concert concluded with the full Junior School Choir performing The Circle of Life from The Lion King, bringing the evening to a memorable anduplifting close.
