On Tuesday, 19th March, Lower Two set off for Lakeside to visit Wagamama as part of their ongoing topic of healthy eating and instructional writing, all whilst experiencing the flavours of Japanese cuisine.

Upon arrival, the group received an informative introduction to the delicious and nutritious food and drinks offered at Wagamama. They were then divided into three groups, each taking turns to sample different vegetables and noodles, weigh various ingredients, and observe the process of making fresh juices. To finish the visit they all sat together and enjoyed their own Tofu noodle dish – YUM YUM!
