Intermediate and Transition children enjoyed a fantastic day at Little Easton Manor this week, filled with exciting activities, creativity and team work.

The day began with a Fairy Tale Hunt around the manor grounds, where the children worked together to discover clues linked to familiar fairy tales. At each station, the children collected letters and completed an activity to help them solve the final puzzle. The children particularly enjoyed building The 3 Little Pigs house out of sticks!

Next the children enjoyed a pizza making session with the manor’s head chef, creating their own delicious pizza with a variety of toppings, which they enjoyed at lunchtime. The inflatable challenge brought a lot of laughter as teams competed to inflate their swans and flamingos!

A special highlight was meeting Mrs Parker- Litjens alpacas. The children learnt about where alpacas come from and had the opportunity to feed them, with Cedric the alpaca proving to be a very cheeky character. The children also got a chance to show their creativity during pottery painting where they decorated their own alpaca pot with some excellent designs.

To finish the day, everyone enjoyed ice creams with a selection of sweet toppings. The children had a fantastic day and it was great to see the children working collaboratively, supporting one another and enjoy new experiences together.
