Yesterday, Transition had an exciting and memorable Space Day! All the children came into school dressed as either an astronaut or alien. They all looked amazing.

The classroom was transformed into outer space, with galaxies and nebula projected onto the ceiling, blacked out windows, and fairy lights creating a truly magical atmosphere. There was even a life-size cut out of Buzz Aldrin!

Throughout the day, the children took part in a variety of space-themed activities. They enjoyed yoga with an astronaut on the International Space Station and played Space Bingo. One of the highlights of the day was tasting space food. A clear favourite was the space chocolate ice cream!

It was a brilliant day that expanded the children’s imagination whilst learning and having lots of fun.
