Intermediate were fully immersed into the medieval world and spent the day protecting Ursuline Castle from enemies! In the morning, they were set to work making supplies for the castle – candles, finger guards for the soldiers, bread rolls, coin purses and lots more. They then were taught how to defend the castle, with walls of shields and learning how to shoot arrows as a team. We successfully protected Ursuline Castle and celebrated with a banquet, singers, jesters, dancers, a play and even some jousting.
It was an amazing day!
